The Kailee Mills Foundation
Kailee Mills was a bright 16 year old who was killed not wearing her seatbelt very close to her home. The Mills family began the Kailee Mills Foundation to help educated youth and others on the importance of wearing you seat belt whenever you are in a moving vehicle. The Outdoor Advertising launched a statewide program remind drivers and passengers to buckle up. A press event in Houston was held with PAAT President Lee Vela, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez and the Mills family in attendance.
