Spay and Neuter Campaign

The animal population in urban areas such as Houston is not only a humanitarian issue, but a health issue as well. One solution to over population is the say and neutering of animals. For several years Clear Channel Outdoor has displayed billboards throughout the city to urge citizens to spay and neuter their pets. The campaign was coordinated by Houston City Councilmember Karla Cisneros, the Bark Foundation of Houston and Ashley Turner, Houston’s First Daughter.
